Rex joins Hutt Radio following a forty year journalism career in Radio and TV News and Current Affairs, many as Programme Director, Editor and Managing Editor. Rex is GM of the Hutt Radio commercial operation.

Starting at 2ZM in 1974, Mike has over 45 years experience in radio announcing and Programming. His history includes Announcer/Music Director at 2ZM, then Music Director and Drive Announcer at Radio Windy - going on to Programme & Music Director at The Breeze . Mike also helped set up the first private station news network (IRN/ Independent Radio News) in New Zealand.

James Scott has been involved with Hutt Radio since 2012 and has been chair of the Trust since 2015.
